Bulls and Bears is an ongoing sculptural series exploring power, tension, and opposing forces through simplified, geometric animal forms. Rooted in strength and weight, the works emphasise mass and balance.
The bull and the bear share something the other animals do not — a quality of concentrated force of energy and strength.
These are among the most geometrically resolved works in my practice — strong planes, deliberate angles, forms that carry weight in every surface.
The bull and the bear function as archetypes — symbols of force, resistance, and presence.
While developed earlier than some of. the new projects, The series continues to evolve, with new works added selectively over time.
